Nao and her husband inherited the communal bath tradition from their parents, passed down from their elderly father-in-law. However, both of them are very busy, their time together has run out, and life just goes on around them. One day, just before the store closed, Takahashi, who usually comes to work in a public bath, showed up. Nao was nearby because she felt lonely, as she spent more time with him than with her husband.
